Refund request information
Deadline for Requesting and Using Travel Credit refund entitled to passenger:
- BUSINESS / SKYBOSS fare class Passengers must submit a Notification no later than 72 hours after the scheduled departure time. The maximum validity of Travel Credit refund entitled to passenger is 2 years from the flight departure date.
- ECO / DELUXE fare class: Passengers must notify the airline at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. The maximum validity of Travel Credit refund entitled to passenger is 1 year (365 days) from the flight departure date.
