1 - Credit shell refund entitled to the passenger with a fee according to current fare rules- DOMESTIC flights ( Only applied for tickets booked via Vietjet's website/ App. Please contact your initial booking place if you booked through an agency)

BUSINESS/SKYBOSS fare of domestic flights: must notify at least 3 hours in advance from the scheduled departure time of the flight OR 72 hours after the departure flight and the credit shell is valid up to 2 years from the flight date, cancellation fee is 350.000 VND/pax/segment (excluded VAT tax)

DELUXE/ECO fare of domestic flightsflights:must notify at least 24 hours in advance from the scheduled departure time of the flight and, cancellation fee is 350.000 VND/pax/segment (excluded VAT tax). The credit shell is valid up to 1 year from the flight date.

DELUXE/ECO fare of international flights:must notify at least 24 hours in advance from the scheduled departure time of the flight and, cancellation fee is 2.000.000 VND/pax/segment (excluded VAT tax). The credit shell is valid up to 1 year from the flight date.

4 - Cancellation due to Vietjet's operation Request refund as creditshell entitled to passenger’s name and the credit shell is valid up to 365 days from the departure flight on your booking and can be used to buy ticket or add-on services for the original passenger on the ticket

Passengers who has Vietjet's flight that has been rescheduled more 4 hours than the scheduled departure time (STD) of the flight and must notify before the STD of affected segment.
