Please follow the below directions to relocate your flights:

Passengers with flights delayed by at least 1 hour or departing 15 minutes earlier than schedule time of departure

Move the affected passenger to closest flight with available seat in the same segment

Passengers with flights delayed by at least 3 hour or departing 2 hours earlier than schedule time of departure

Move the affected passenger to available flights in the same segment within 72 hours from STD

Please contact our hotline directly when:

The affected flight has a departure time within 3 hours of the scheduled flight.
The departure time of the flight you want to change to is within 3 hours of the scheduled departure time.
For passengers with connecting flights
Or other requests
